If you are looking for a pork bacon alternative, run from this brand. If this was the only ‘healthier’ option for bacon, i would take bacon out completely

I used to buy about 6 packages of this bacon at a time and eat about 5 pcs every morning. I used to love this bacon, but at some point it became terrible tasting and it gives me a headache. I can't eat it anymore. I don't expect you to ever go back to the better recipe, but it would be nice if you did and I found out about it, because I would buy it again like I used to.

So little grease is great! The flavor of this turkey bacon is by far the better. Having tried many, this surpasses my taste buds as being the best. Great when cooked crispy for all things, BLT, pancakes, toast, english muffins, and all things. Cook slow and long to not burn. Or finish off in micro on paper towel to crisp up some more if you like. My husband prefers a softer bacon than me.

Turkey bacon is the only kind I eat. I simply don’t care for the fat in other bacons. I’ve been eating it for years and have converted numerous people. This bacon is cut a little thin but I still like it. I microwave, which cuts out any oil. I never fry bacon.

All I can say is, it's Oscar Mayer. The company hasn't made a product that isn't delicious and they didn't disappoint with this turkey bacon. I grew up as a red meat eaten Texan and my wife is not. As with any marriage there is compromise and this was mine. The first time I tried turkey bacon I was at first reluctant but Im glad I did because I enjoy it very much and cant get enough of it. The meat is lean and tender and crisps as much as any pork bacon. It comes in different flavor as well. I highly recommend giving turkey bacon from Oscar Mayer a try.

This bacon is so good! It almost makes you forget it's real bacon, the taste is so good and no grease makes this so much healthier. It is packaged like most other bacon and easy to wrap in foil if you dont use a whole package, or throw in a zip lock bag. If you haven't tried this, do yourself a favor, turkey bacon is healthier, and friendly for those on keto, those with diabetes and other dietary restrictions.

love this. Great flavor and if I could rewrite the directions, I would say "in order to make crispy pan fry in olive oil mixed with a little butter for flavor enhancement. Cook until the edges are a tad burnished in appearance and remove promptly to put onto a napkin in order to finish the crisping process and remove extra oils. Only thing I would recommend is Oscar Meyer needs to be sure not to cut these too thickly or it loses the ability to be "bacon like" at all.

I wouldn’t recommend this, simply due to for starters one of the two packages I received had the vacuum seal broken (didn’t notice this til I was getting ready to cook it). Upon cooking from the sealed package, I found this turkey bacon to not even resemble the texture of actual meat, it had no “chew” in it and tasted a lot like bologna to me. I could not stomach it. I ended up throwing it away.

Last two purchases of Oscar Mayer Turkey bacon via Buy on Pickup were bad. Product was not vacuum sealed and bacon off colored, bad. Not sure why walmart would hand pick for a consumer in this condition… twice! Something was obviously wrong with the batch of Use By May 04 bacon.
