I am about a month in with this TV so far. Samsung is really starting to get it right. The connectivity options are fantastic, the picture is great and the streaming services work very well. I would like to see the Tizen software updated to have a more friendly user interface. Have a look at what others are doing with their user interface (Google TV, chromecast, AppleTV, Roku etc.) to have a more integrated experience. It is also quite evident that the Smart TV apps are slower to update/upgrade than other platforms. I use a Google TV dongle to run my television instead of the Tizen features about 85% of the time as the result of the apps being more pleasing to use and the AI features about what I am watching across platforms is much more appealing within the Google TV platform. I should note I don not have a cable subscription service so it is likely more noticeable for me than most. Sound is an issue and cords are an issue. I do not want cords hanging from my wall and do not want to mount a soundbar on my fireplace to ruin the pleasingly smooth aesthetic I currently have. It would be nice if Samsung wither made more powerful sounding speakers in the TV or a nice suite of wireless speakers that can enhance the sound. Picture on the TV is beautiful and crisp. I also wish there were more 60 inch options for televisions.

It just blew my mind when we got it home. I have had five star rating with Samsung. Customer service is top notch . I am very pleased with my experience and product and CS. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mainly use my Samsung Q70A for streaming and gaming(PS5/Switch). The picture looks perfect and streams 4K effortlessly. Whether it's Netflix, HBO, or Prime, the look of whatever you're watching is going to look great. The picture isn't the only thing great about this TV, the sound from the TV speakers projects and fills the room entirely. I'm currently using a Samsung Soundbar and Subwoffer to further enhance this already great viewing experience. Gaming is another reason that continually impresses me about thus TV. Doesn't matter what game I'm playing, this TV improves every aspect, whether it's the graphics, the sound, or frame rate.

This is my second Samsung within the span of a year, and I loved it so much I bought an even bigger one for my room! Price is reasonable, from others who recommended this to me I can tell it lasts a while, and it's easy to synchronize settings with other Samsung TV's in the same house for a convenient viewing experience. Very user friendly. After seeing my TV, my parents ran and got one too!! For all you gamers out there, this is the tv for you. 10/10

I live here features that works in concert with my video game it seems to automatically detect each gaming console. Worry free setup. Technically speaking it's plug and play. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to buy this TV after a horrible experience with another brand (can't mention the brand here). But my decision to move on and try Samsung's QLED TV far exceeded my expectations. The picture quality is superb. The blacks are nearly OLED levels. Sometimes I can't tell if my TV is off or on. The sound is amazing! There's small built in subwoofers 5hat gives this TV bass levels I've never heard out of a factory built TV. The ONLY con I've experienced so far is the buttons on remote is super sensitive. It's easy to interrupt your programming by accidentally pressing one of the preset streaming provider buttons built into the remote. Best to keep the remote clear out of range of your arms and hands once you start watching something so you don't come out of it by grazing the remote control accidentally. Overall, I'm definitely not disappointed with my purchase and will stick with Samsung from here on out!
