Loads of apps available, which is very important for me as I don't have cable and use this exclusively as a smart TV. The menu took a little getting used to but it's now my favorite TV in the house. Plus, the remote is great (no batteries, just works all the time).

It just blew my mind when we got it home. I have had five star rating with Samsung. Customer service is top notch . I am very pleased with my experience and product and CS. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My TV gets a great amount of use, being that the whole family and I gets our fare share of turns using the TV for various reasons fit to each of our individual likings, for example, personally, I use the tv to mostly stream my favorite music videos throughout the day whenever I need some motivation, my little brothers, GAMERS, which this TV has "changed their life" in the words of Carlos after becoming accustomed to playing their shooting games on our new TV. Then theres my mom, she just loves to watch her handpicked tutorials on learning new crafting techniques and styles while she sits in front of the TV and goes along with her canvas or whatever medium for the day is in front of her. We were in awe upon initial unpackaging and setup, the crisp and vivid picture on this TV, I cant even begin to rave to you. Its basically overwhelming how great the display is. The picture when my brothers are gaming, ive caught my mom jumping as if she was going to get shot in real life while they were playing whatever shooting game they play. Lol. While watching her tutorials, my mom says she feels as though shes right there in a classroom with the individual, more able to mimick what they are teaching than ever, my mom also loves the fact that her readers are not required with this tv, she can enjoy the full picture without wearing glasses comfortably. Volume levels can adapt to the apps without any crackle to the sound. The amount of options makes owning a samsung TV extremely enjoyable experience and i will be purchasing another TV this holiday.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is amazing. I had it professionally mounted on the wall to get the full effect of the height and width. Everyone who comes to my home fall in love with the TV. I had a repairman working on a plumbing problem and I was watching a college football game. The commented about how he would love to have a tv like this one. When he was through doing the work I asked if he would like to stay to watch the game. He stayed and while we were watching the game , he called his wife to tell her how remarkable the color, picture, sound and ease to operate the tv. She told him she would have to see “ something so great” before ghey would even consider buying an 85” tv. I told her to come on over and watch the end of the game. She arrived with 3 minutes left in the game and when it was over she looked at her husband and asked, will the TV fit in the back of your truck? They bought the exact same tv that evening.

First and foremost, the quality of the picture is great - I can't find any complaints and generally feel like everything is popping more beautifully than our last TV. Furthermore, I would say there is a marked improvement to the general UX versus our last Samsung smart TV. While it's generally easy to setup and use, this one has been significantly more user friendly. I even prefer the menu navigation.

Having multiple samsung that are 720p, this is my first 4k and it is a great starting point that brings out the quality of the consoles. The price was also great and makes me want to purchase another based on the usage, specifically the interactive app system which is easy to use.
