The picture is lifelike and brilliant regardless of the lights that may be on. There are many features that can be tuned to fit your preference. The built in speakers are not the best quality but no one that I know does not have an external sound bar which is needed for the full theater experience. This is truly a "smart" TV that integrates perfectly with my Amazon Alexa and Firestick. A great purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung TV is great to stream my content with a click of the button, I am watching Disney, Netflix's, Hulu and ESPN+ Daily, but can switch back to watching my cable channels, the TV allows me to watch both at the same time. My family loves the color and my 3yr old can even navigate the remote and settings. She enjoys watching her cartoons, I love my football and the wife enjoys watching her YouTube make up videos. I would recommend this TV to anyone, the TV lights up the room.

Samsung has tons and tons of free TV channels when it's hooked up to the internet. I absolutely love the incredible clarity and bright screen. I have a Samsung phone and it hooks to the TV. I can see anything that I do on my phone, it mirrors it to the TV. The best TV that I've EVER used, it's better than any of my friends TVs too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to buy this TV after a horrible experience with another brand (can't mention the brand here). But my decision to move on and try Samsung's QLED TV far exceeded my expectations. The picture quality is superb. The blacks are nearly OLED levels. Sometimes I can't tell if my TV is off or on. The sound is amazing! There's small built in subwoofers 5hat gives this TV bass levels I've never heard out of a factory built TV. The ONLY con I've experienced so far is the buttons on remote is super sensitive. It's easy to interrupt your programming by accidentally pressing one of the preset streaming provider buttons built into the remote. Best to keep the remote clear out of range of your arms and hands once you start watching something so you don't come out of it by grazing the remote control accidentally. Overall, I'm definitely not disappointed with my purchase and will stick with Samsung from here on out!

I went from a 4k TV to Qled and what a Picture quality difference !!! This TV is the best TV I have ever owned because of the picture quality and game mode 120Hz and built in voice controls! You better go out and check out the display at a local store and see it for your self!

Samsung has it down when it comes to gaming. Movies look fantastic. You can notice the difference between Qled technology and slandered LCD panels. It's brighter and more colorful. My family loves samsung tvs for there innovations.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I find the quality of the clarity of the picture very good, but there is some serious need for major improvements in both the audio and the remote control!! Audio is very uneven in the levels of volume during a movie, fluctuating far outside of the spectrum of the video feed. Often having to move the volume control to 100, just to hear a program when the tv is 5 feet away from my head! Then, when a commercial comes on it practically blows the speakers and I must quickly 'mute' the volume until returning to the program!! Additionally, your computer only recognizes a select group of optical audio external compatibility. I personally use audio headsets for part of my evenings programming, but your computer chip doesn't recognize intentionally acclaimed external equipment like "Sennheiser" headphones!! As far as the remote control, it is poorly designed from what I have experienced so far in usage! How poorly alone is the fact that ALL volume functions are controlled with one very small lever device, that will likely be junk within a year!!!!! Additionally, your remote design reduced buttons by placing multiple functions within select buttons. This creates multiple misapplications of functions while attempting to watch programming. I will admit that I am still a beginner at mastering this units capabilities and functions, but I'm not exactly pleased with instructional documentation, 'without' using a voice command computer to dictate my usage or programming.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this TV for the past year, and I love the visual clarity as well as the smart apps available. I enjoy that I don't have to use a streaming device like a fire stick anymore, and I can just install the apps that I want directly on to the TV. Another thing I appreciate that just works in the One Remote, at first I was thinking oh its only for the TV. But I recently got a Nvidia Shield for streaming and the remote even works to control it. No setup, it just works. The only real complaint I have is that I do use it for gaming sometimes and I wish it had Nvidia G sync or AMD free sync available through either HDMI 2.0 or a Displayport connection.

I purchased this TV in the fall of 2021 and I am very pleased with the overall Quality, Outstanding Picture and Sharpness. The Smart features work very well and I added an extra Samsung speaker for better overall sound. Would totally recommend this product!!
