High contrast and deep blacks enhances our viewing experience. This tv has a new solar panel embedded remote which is sleek and much better than previous versions of smart remote. Overall experience with the tv is very good and happy with the purchase.

Bought this television about a month ago and it is the perfect fit .A lot of great features which makes using it easy . The only issue we have had and is still not resolved is using Alexa in changing the channels . I can control other items but not this . I have contacted Samsung despite being very helpful I still have this issue .

This TV has option to change keyboard language. It is good but I can not choose Russian language. Almost 400 000 in the world speak russian and this TV does not have it! It has Bulgarian, Lithuanian, Suomi and others but no Russian!!! It is 100% discrimination! Speakers are garbage. Sound is not clear and weak. You have to add a sound bar to your purchase at least. Picture quality is average. I am going to return it and buy Sony or LG. Disappointed. I made big mistake to choose Samsung.

And on top of that samsung provides you with free TV as well. This is my 3rd TV from Samsung. And they never disappoint.
