My tv has an excellent resolution and amazing images. I love the Interconnectivity that let's you turn the TV into a entertainment system offering YouTube, Amazon movies, Netflix and many other apps.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this TV to replace my 10 year old Samsung 3D TV. I use my TV for music, movies, sports and games. My friends and I both think that my old TV has a better picture. That TV pushed 240hz refresh rate.. crystal clear, even when something is moving fast across the screen. Although several websites said this TV did 240hz, It did not, only 120hz at best. Even worse 60hz while watching it in 4k. The menu is flat,boring, and hard to navigate. It skips back to square one every time you hit the back button. The very limited apps are in a straight line where scrolling takes longer than ever. Smart things needs to be able to connect with smart things. I should be able to adjust everything with an administrative login page on my phone or tablet without cutting completely out of the picture and sound that is being adjusted. When you set up a Samsung surround sound system in the ARC port it should Work correctly. My TV has forgotten how to control the stereo several times. The TV should be an extension of my phone and vice versa. If it wasn't for the Google Assistant, nothing would connect. Bixby would rather search for some irrelevant thing on the Web then play a movie from an app on the screen. My old remote had a back light on it and the buttons lit up, I loved that thing. Voice activation on this needs to work if that is the main improvement. I loved my old TV, I thought this new one would blow me away. Now I just ask myself if this is progress?

We also watch a lot of Samsung channels, great variety of content and its free. So many choices gaming quality is awsesome and movie rentals, app choices, internet, linking with my Samsung phone we got rid of our over priced TV service. Thank you Samsung.

I had given up on TVs and had switched to a projector but I don't think I'll go back to a projector after using this TV the picture quality is so good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV met all my expectations. The set up was a breeze. I used the smart things app to connect and set up the TV, it was really easy to connect to all my accounts and connect it to WIFI. Picture quality is definetly superior to my old LED 4k TV. Tv looks stylish and is very thin for a low profile sleek look. Even looks nice when turned off. The remote is an upgrade from my old Samsung remote as well, intuitive software makes using apps and new features very easy. Having Alexa and google built in was great and worked well with both. I personally use Alexa more and connected it my other devices. Cycled through several 4k videos to test it out, the sharp pictures and smooth refresh rate looked great. Overall, very happy with this purchase.

Even when you watch from an angle! If I had the wall space, I would have even gone with a larger TV if I knew it would look this good. Will buy another Samsung in the future!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is one of the best I've owned. Picture quality is amazing, set up takes minuets and it is very easy to use. You get the quality you'd expect from a name brand. For the money, I'd say there is nothing better. I'm a big gamer in addition to being a movie buff, it it looks great for both. Highly recommend. Lastly, I just want to say from my customer experience, Samsung is hands down the best out there. They have a next to none warranty and have always stood behind their products on the two(2) occasions I've had issues over the past 15 years. Both times they replaced the tv with a new and updated version at no cost to me. You won't be disappointed in this TV or the customer service should you need it.

There are times when the screen is too dark, but I'm sure that can be fixed with tweaking the settings a bit. overall I don't have any major complaints so ill give it a 8 out of 10.
