[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: We've been using this TV for the past month and love every aspect of it. The pictures are crystal clear. TV is very thin and light weight to mount it on the wall. I absolutely love the Bluetooth feature where I can connect the tab to my AirPods and just watch TV at night, when kids are sleeping in the room next door. Smart TV features are very fast in responding. Not much of reflective glaring either. Cons: While the material is light weight, the plastic back feels a little cheap when felt, especially the 85” TV. I also don't like the fact that Samsung doesn't let you download other countries' apps while TV is set to US region. This is a Samsung issue and not an issue with this TV. Overall, I recommend this TV as it serves every purpose of a TV extremely well.

The upscaling of the video is top notch. Darker movies come out looking like they should. The game mode makes playing my PS4 seamless. The remote control is truly universal. All of the setup and especially SmartThings is flawless. I use ambient mode when I'm conversing with friends. Bluetooth connectivity to the TV to play music stored on my phone brings up these artistic, dancing objects that come to life. This TV is everything I wanted and so much more

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this TV for the past year, and I love the visual clarity as well as the smart apps available. I enjoy that I don't have to use a streaming device like a fire stick anymore, and I can just install the apps that I want directly on to the TV. Another thing I appreciate that just works in the One Remote, at first I was thinking oh its only for the TV. But I recently got a Nvidia Shield for streaming and the remote even works to control it. No setup, it just works. The only real complaint I have is that I do use it for gaming sometimes and I wish it had Nvidia G sync or AMD free sync available through either HDMI 2.0 or a Displayport connection.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The backlighting on my TV is very uneven, ruining just about every viewing experience. The upper right quadrant of the television is visibly darker than the rest of the screen. I verified it by viewing a totally white JPEG the size of the screen. I have my television connected to a home theater sound system, but cannot get the television to output multi channel sound to it. The only option available is PCM format. TV apps that support 5.1 channel sound or Dolby come across as 2 channel stereo.

Being 85 in you would think the quality would go down, but it is crystal clear, sharp, with deep blacks. The TV sound is lacking. You have to get a sound bar to make it worth it. But the TV interacts with the Sound Bar flawlessly, so that is a plus as well. Over all, incredible product for the price!

It has a fast user interface and universal settings. I can find what I'm looking for easily. The games are great to play and you feel like you're playing right there in the system.
