I am completely in love with this bed and it is probably the best bed I’ve ever had. I have back and neck issues and often wake up in pain or sore. Since I have started sleeping in this bed I haven’t had any pain upon waking.

Had the bed for around a month now. Bed feels good and sleeps well. Shipping was however horrendous, it took a month from the time I ordered it to when it shipped.

Way, way too soft for me. Sinking down and have to move all over the bed to try and get comfortable. Tried to return and was told had to wait 30 days. Not worth the hassle. Wish I had bought a mattress at a regular store after trying it out.

Despite the delay I am truly Satisfied I would like the Complimentary Gel Matress topper. This would top off the entire order. Very Satisfied.......:grinning_face_with_star_eyes:

It's a nice mattress but it is firmer than I expected, per details was anticipating it to be softer. Still tossing all night trying to get comfortable, its only been 3 weeks, I will give it another month or so to see if I adjust!

I had tried a competitor that also is highly rated that caused back issues for me. They kindly allow me to return their mattress and when my DreamCloud arrived I have no issues with my back. It is an excellent hybrid mattress.

We purchased a king DreamCloud and couldn't be happier. Super comfortable, much better than the Serta we had. Fast shipping, great price, no issues what so ever.

My wife sleeps fine on it. I do not. I wake up with a sore back every morning. I'm 6' tall, 250 lbs. and a side sleeper. I gave it 9 months to improve/settle in, but it is just not working for me.

I was excited for this mattress. I tried the luxury hybrid mattress for two nights. I have never been more tired. It won't let you relax. Rock hard. I had to move to the couch on night two.
