The mattress that we received has a chemical/mildew odor that only grows stronger. The odor is an irritant to our eyes, nose and respiratory. We have reported this problem to the Dreamcloud.

We purchased our Dream Cloud mattress in March and just received it a few days ago. I was skeptical about buying a ‘bed in a box’ but I am so glad I waited!!! It’s been the best bed I’ve slept on in many years!

Although this is a wonderfully, beautifully made mattress, and the company has been great to work with, we will be sending it back. My husband loves it, but it feels too firm and lumpy to me.

I bought this mattress about two weeks ago, after letting expand for 24 hours I sleep on it like a baby, the only problem that I found is the smell that is still there after opening the bag that the mattress came in.

Do yourself a favor and buy it. My husband and I like opposite mattresses. He likes firm and I like soft. It’s perfect for both of us. Cheers to lots of restful nights.

After approximately 60 days, we are very please with our purchase, thus far. We should be able to fully gauge the mattress after 6 months. Please check back with us then.

When it was new, it was alike sleeping on a cloud..very comfortable. Had it for about 4 months now and it is starting to sink in the middle where my body lays. The memory form isn’t holding its form and I am thinking about returning it.

It cane on time perfect condition,, I have severe back issues so I need a firm , I’m not 100% sure if I choose the rite 1,, but I did buy t most firm it’s a little to hard , not sure if I should get another 1 less firm , very pleased !!

Tough to believe that giant hotdog delivered to your door explodes (literally, be careful) into an incredibly comfortable mattress. Already recommended to my friends

The frame arrived nearly a month after the mattress. Maybe I was expecting too much given the amount of purchase. I am not at all impressed with quality of product or sleep.
