I took a chance and bought this mattress online. With the warranty it’s easy and worry free. The mattress is very high quality but heavier than expected. It’s on the firm side and I needed more softness to go with the excellent support. I added a plush topper and now it’s perfect. It was a very tight fit on my platform bed because it sits in the frame. May want to double check exact measurements of your bed and the mattress since it was larger than my last hybrid queen mattress by an inch in all dimensions.

Delivery a tad delayed due to high order volume, but arrived well packaged and in good shape. Warning: it’s heavy! Wish bed fit into platform bed frame better. It’s a bit muffin-top-like so can’t tuck fitted sheet edges in neatly. Warning: it’s heavy and putting bottom fitted sheet on corners requires lifting and you may need help if elderly or not strong! The bed is worth every penny so far. Excellent quality and materials; frame was easy to put together and looks nice. So far several weeks in this beats our old Sleep Number by a mile! My husband’s sore shoulder/arm issues are gone. Soft feel but firm support. Highly recommend!

Ordering the bed was simple. I opted for the concierge service, when the bed was delivered, the men carried out the old mattress and set up the Dreamcloud. They were courteous and very helpful. They answered all my questions. I slept very well, and continue to do so, but without the chronic back pain upon waking! Very happy with my purchase!

I really like this bed. It's firm but the memory foam gives it just enough softness to kerp it comfortable. I haven't complained about hip pain at all which has been nice. My husband can sleep anywhere so the bed is not an issue for him, lol! We put it on our existing box springs and the bed is really high. I'm not complaining but seriously, I have to jump a little getting on it. I recommend getting a platform for it...especially if you're height impaired. Seriously though...it's a good bed.

This bed is clearly a luxury mattress and I desperately wanted to love it. Unfortunately this mattress is not for us. My husband (5'10", 170lbs) and I (5'3", 120lbs) are both side sleepers and this mattress was simply too firm for us. He accepted it, I did not. We slept on the mattress for 6 weeks and to this day I still wake up multiple times throughout the night in uncomfortable positions or pain in my shoulders. I would have kept it if we were back or stomach sleepers but as a lightweight side sleeper, it's way to hard. I slept on top of the mattress, this is not a soft, cushiony bed you wrap yourself up in. So bummed it didn't work, we returned it after 6 weeks of trying to convince ourselves it was the right bed for us.

My wife and I have been completely satisfied with our premier mattress we ordered. It is the perfect blend of coils and memory foam to make out nights of sleep restorative. The only drawback is be prepared to wait after you order one. We had to wait a month until we received ours.

We were impressed w delivery: timing and ease. Impressed w quality. No odor or off gassing. Just not quite as comfortable as my previous mattress which was high end. Giving it another month.

I love my Dream Cloud mattress. It's the most comfortable sleep I've ever had. The mattress is absolutely dreamy (pun intended!). The pillow top is firm, yet soft. It cradles your body in such a way that you look forward to bed time!

Delivery and white glove setup was seamless, and the mattress supports this woman-of-a-certain-size perfectly to enable a satisfying sleep experience. Did I mention, it's comfy?

This mattress out of the box has been awesome. Only reason for a 4 star is when it was shipped the box was in rough shape. Other than that mattress is awesome.
