Unbearably, inedibly sweet. THIRTEEN GRAMS of sugar in a litle bar is way too much. I'm hypoglycemic and got dizzy right after eating. The texture is soft with little chew. Wholesome tasting (no artificial of any kind) but I will have to return because it's just unhealthy with all that sugar.
