They have a pretty good flavor. I will say I was duped by the picture and didn't realize that they are like any other protein bar. Not too chalky and decent flavor but I was expecting a cookie type product.

Absolutely the best tasting and healthiest protein bar I have ever eaten! Simple wholesome ingredients. The bar actually fills you up so you don't crave bad foods. Seed oil free! One of the most important things about this manufacturer and maker of the bar is whenever you buy a box of the bars, a portion of the money goes to help people who are hungry.

I like chocolate chip cookie the best. The texture takes a bit to get used to as it is very soft and sticky. The pb cup is ok - it has a bit of sweetness to it and some bitter- dont exoect it to be like a recees cup.We have purchased it two boxes now so I guess we like them

These are definitely not life changing- well atleast not that way. I made it through one bar and thought I was going to choke because it was so dry and powdery. The taste wasn’t terrible but it literally crumbled in my mouth and took every ounce of saliva and left me guzzling my water and looking for more.

These are DELICIOUS and are made up of ingredients I can feel good about. They don't replace my protein bars but make a great treat/dessert with a little added protein and not gobs of added sugar (only honey and date sugar at that!). My only complaint is that I wish I could buy a box of ONLY the peanut butter cup ones--my whole family and I prefer them over the cookie dough, even though they're both good.

I tried a sample of the peanut butter cup at our club and loved it, so I bought a box. My 11 year old had all but one of the oatmeal gone before I even thought to try them. When I did open the last package, she was right there to try to wrangle it from me! My 15 year old said the PB were his favorite. Needless to say, they were a success for this family. I will be buying more on our next visit.

The product was not what was shown on the box. That aside this was a subpar protein bar. Tasted like I made it.

I actually bought some of these last week again. The oatmeal is the most amazing flavor, followed by the peanut butter, and of course the chocolate chip. I would buy these 10 times again…

I can't stand other all natural bars like these but these I like. They taste good and the texture isn't just push. My 4 year old picky eater likes them too

I love these Kize bars! I especially like the peanut butter chocolate chip bars. This is my third time purchasing these two flavors. They are a quick breakfast when I'm in a hurry and a great bedtime snack.
