I love these bars! They taste good, have ingredients that you can pronounce and feel good about, and I regularly provide these for my food insecure clients. They make a difference!!

These are my favorite energy bars ever! Almost didnt buy them because of the negative reviews but I think they are amazing. They remind me of the peanut butter bars my grandmother used to make.

I've tried all the bars. These are THE best!!! I have one with some protein milk. I look forward to this little treat. The ingredients taste so fresh and, honestly, homemade. PLEASE never stop carrying these. My local store doesn't carry them, so I order them or travel an hour to the closest SAMS that does.

Feeling bamboozled. Kize has changed the type of variety pack it offers, it used to be cookie dough inside. I had no idea because I chose to reorder the item I had ordered previously. I don't appreciate being gaslit they are two different items, yet it still showed up in my previously ordered section. THIS is not what I had ordered several times before. Furthermore, they have changed their recipe. What once was a healthy equivalent to a Reese peanut butter cup has changed in texture and chocolate content/taste. Unfortunately, will no longer be ordering.

I despise fake advertising! These say on the box they are bars, but show a photo of a chocolate chip cookie, and a snack treat that looks like a chocolate Reese's pieces. I bought these thinking I was going to get a bar shaped cookie and a bar shaped chocolate peanut butter treat. Why show a photo totally different that what is actually inside? I have only opened one “cookie” bar, and I couldn't even finish it in one sitting because it was chalky, very sweet, and had a terrible taste. I finished it later in the evening and still can't get the disgusting taste out of my mouth. Please don't deceive people by posting a picture on a product that isn't even close to what the product actually looks like! I will be returning this product.

If you're wondering about these, just try them! They're worth it! They're made with clean high quality ingredients and taste like a super indulgent treat -but one that doesn't make you feel sick after. High in protein that keeps you full longer. My boys absolutely love these. My only low mark is the honey amount is a bit high for my liking, but can't complain too much because all the ingredients are good for us! No seed oils!!!!

Incredible, I literally eat one every day, the perfect snack for in between meals and amazing with coffee, such clean ingredients that you can recognize, nothing fake or sneaky like most the stuff out there. A great company as well that gives back to their community!

What I really appreciate is how clean and simple they are—just 5–6 real ingredients. No refined sugars, no seed oils, and no artificial preservatives. You can actually look at the label and know exactly what you’re eating. They also strike a great balance in flavor. Naturally sweet without being overwhelming, and filling enough to hold you over between meals. It’s one of the few bars that feels like real food instead of something manufactured to seem healthy.
