Ordered these to be delivered for mother's day. They arrived and were only 15 roses, not 28 and all were wilted. Contacted customer service who demanded photos. I sent 2 photos, then they came back demanding 5 photos. Between emails and calls I finally had enough and told them it isn't worth the frustration they are putting me through. I told them I can't believe this is Sam's customer service and told them not to reply, after this didn't want to deal with this bad experience with Sam's anymore. Told them to keep my money after cheating me. Never ever will I ever order flowers from Sam's again!

This was misleading, because it contains 28 stems….not all were roses. Most of the stems were greenery or random flowers. The burlap is packaging, and when I unpacked the box, there was a strong chemical smell. I LOVE the fresh flowers in the store at Sam's, and will only purchase those in the future.

The picture was very misleading. I purchased a bouquet for Mother's Day, and it was much smaller than what was shown in the picture. I was very disappointed. I even tried fluffing the flowers up to make the bouquet look bigger, but it still looked small. I would have been better off buying flowers at the store for a lot less money.

Color of roses were not the same pink as in the images. Also, multiple petals were ripped, bruised or browning/dying. The bouquet did not look fresh and did not look like it was worth the $50 that I paid for.

I recently ordered a bouquet of roses for a special occasion, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon receiving the delivery, I noticed that several roses were missing from the arrangement. This was quite disappointing, as it significantly affected the overall appearance and fullness of the bouquet. Moreover, the roses that did arrive were in a wilted state. The petals were drooping, and the vibrant colors I had hoped for were replaced with a dull and lifeless appearance. It was evident that the flowers had not been properly cared for during transit, leading to their premature wilting.

Not particularly sure why these cost the price they do, other than greed. Expected fresh cut beautiful arrangement , but they already look old and stepped on. And they’ve been in the box so long they’re flat and meh looking. At this price, I should have went with the 50 roses from the other big box warehouse which arrive cold. My other gripe, ordered 3 arrangements for Valentine’s Day and only 2 came on the 14th. Embarrassing for me, and another reason to never use Sam’s club for flowers .

DO NOT ORDER THESE! I purchased 2 white bouquets to be used for bridal flowers. I have ordered bulk roses with success from Sam's before. However, these arrived with brown, crispy edges, and brown, wilting greenery. I removed the outer petals with hopes of salvaging some blooms and placed them immediately in water. They opened up completely and continued wilting. They were not usable at all. If I had sent them to someone as a gift, I would have been embarrassed. The local flower farmer was able to save the day.

I purchased a yellow rose's and white rose bouquets for my mother's Celebration of Life and was definitely delighted when they arrived. They were beautiful. Her urn was beautifully surrounded by them. I followed the directions and let them rest in water and food until late evening then arranged them into the vases for the next day. They lasted at least 10 days. I would recommend them.

I was quite disappointed with this bouquet purchase. The flowers didn't match the photos. Different color pink and didn't include some of the filler used in the photo. It has a bit of damage to the roses upon arrival. Within four days the flowers drooping. The stems were cut upon receipt and fresh water was added. We continues to trim and change out water, but The flowers looked worse by the day. I wouldn't reorder this again. I'd have been better off going to the grocery store and buying flowers.

I ordered a Valentine's bouquet, but it looked nothing like the photo online. The flowers arrived in a very pale pink shade and several blooms were already wilted and close to dead. I was really disappointed with the quality, especially for such a special occasion.
