Great even heating. Heats up fast. Flat bottom works great on my flat top stove. The non stick has improved this cast iron skillet, but still some sticking. I expect that. I hand wash separately and heat to dry, wax with skillet wax and paper towel out the excess. Ready for use. Colors are nice in this set.

These are really nice, well made, and the enamel makes them very attractive to cook in. The size of the larger pan is perfect for a variety of dishes.

You will be impressed by the heft of the two skillets. Great baked enamel finish on outer sides and bottom. Semi-non-stick coating on inner sides and bottom. When I purchased this item I thought I was getting a traditional cast iron skillet without any kind of non-stick coating. I've been kind of impressed with this item. It behaves like a cast iron skillet and has the easy cleanup of a non-stick. Recommended.
