Thicker bottom now. My old flat bottomed ones get drug across the floor and wear through.

No lid? No way to purchase one either.

Don't order your trashcan online. They folded my trashcan, wrapped it and ruined it. Going to return this crippled trashcan.

They usually don't come with lids. You ever see a janitor pushing his trash cart around and there's a lid on his can? NO! These are commercial cans, not homeowner cans.

This are so worth the price. I will not have to buy trash cans again. Or until someone walks off with these. They are strong. It was about $30 a can. I got two and I got the tops. I seen them use at the store I go to. Seen them and looked them up on Walmart. These will last a super long time. I use to buy new trash can every year. So these same me money in the long run.

I purchased 3 of these a number of years ago for my use(and several others for family). They last for many years(no failures yet). Cheaper ones crack, etc. This one does not crack even in the cold weather here in the Southern Tier of NY and rough handling by refuse folks. I did NOT purchase them at Sams. Definitely recommend them. When I purchsed them the lid was included. Can't believe Sams sells them sans lids. That is very disappointing. (I use them for trash and yard waste so a lid is necessary).

It has many uses.

The Rubbermaid Brute gray plastic container is very good and sturdy... I put dolly wheels on the bottom and this made it great to clean-up and make this a perfect way to clean-up a breeze!!! The price from Wal Mart was the best for the $$$....
