Let's be honest, reviewing a garbage can feels a little strange. It doesn't stream movies, connect to Wi-Fi, or make coffee. Its entire job is to sit there and collect things nobody wants anymore. And it absolutely nails it. This Rubbermaid Brute recycling container is sturdy, well-built, and doesn't feel like it's going to crack if you actually use it. It's the perfect size, easy to clean, and holds a surprising amount before needing to be emptied. The best part? It quietly accepts everything my family throws at it without judgment. Cardboard boxes, plastic bottles, aluminum cans... it never complains. I wish a few people I know had that level of patience. It's one of those products that you don't think much about until you buy a good one. Then you realize you've spent years fighting flimsy bins that tip over, crack, or somehow make taking out the recycling more difficult than it needs to be. Would I buy another garbage can? I never thought I'd say yes with this much enthusiasm, but here we are. It does exactly what it's supposed to do, and unlike some coworkers, it's consistently reliable.

Definitely exceeded my expectations on well-made durable recycling container. It should last for years to come. Received with a couple of days of ordering online. And excellent price. Wish it would have come with a lid but no biggie, I can always get a lid later.

Excellent. Holds more recycling than the rectangular one my neighbor stole. Write house numbers on yours. Drill holes in the bottom so the fluid drains.

If you got cans you need to recycle this will hold it all. I party alot, and I have lots of cans left over so you know i'm trying cash in on that recycling to buy more beer. So this holds it all and it's clean.

We have several different sized trashcans in the house and several different trashcan liners. Never thought it would be such a chore to get a liner to fit this can without buying 200 of them since this is a "Commercial" product. The main thing you need to look for is the very first dimension on the box, you will see (X ft. XX in. // X ft. XX in. X.X mil.). You can't go by the volume because a 32 gallon trashcan liner might be narrow at the top and make up the rest of it in height. Just thought I would save everyone a lot of aggravation. I tried 5 different liners we already had, some where 45-50 gallons but still didn't work. This was one of those "WOW" moments when I realized I should have retained more from science class..... LOL Love the new can!!! It's a MANLY trashcan. For throwing away MAN sized things.... I cannot believe that this recycle bin, that I paid $42 for on sale, did not come with a lid!!! How ridiculous is that?

Did not come with lid, same one sales at Walmart with lid for lower price, tried to return but couldn’t get it picked up

$38 for a 32 gal trash can WITHOUT A LID. For $2 more, you can buy the same product at Home Depot or Lowes and I get a 10% military discount and a lid! I didn't see the description said came without lid because who would have believed a trash can would be sold like that. I am returning it.

No lids come with it! Who sells garbage cans with no lids? Emailed Sams's twice with no responses
