Greenery was dehydrated and dying. This was put into water immediately but the leaves were following off and it wasn’t coming back. I had to go to a local flower farm for greenery

Did not arrive in a very fresh state.

Only about 1/3 of the shipment were fresh enough to use in arrangements after they arrived. When I received them, I put them in containers of water but this did not revive them. This was the only item of my order that I was disappointed with.

Ordered it a few days ahead of the event, as suggested, but a lot of the order was wilting upon arrival and never recovered even after trimming and watering as instructed. Most of it could not be salvaged for the event. Very disappointing.
