12 ct instead of 18 ct ???

It used to by 18 count of roses for the same price just recently, and now it's just 12. I bought my girlfriend two bouquets and noticed that they are kinda light… Later at home I counted and see it's only 12 instead of 18 like it used to be. Got kinda annoyed.. Sam's just pushing higher prices on everything in many ways.
