order 3 dozen of red roses and end with old color roses, very dissatisfied

Ordered yellow , got red . One rose was broken . all stems were bone dry .Looks like they did not see any water for some time.

I bought these several times, you cannot chose your color. They always send pink, and now instead of 18 you get 12 for the same price.

Flowers looked beautiful in store. Got home and opened them up and 2 white roses had a couple of non white petals. Removed them and added water and packet. Within 2 days half the flowers were droopy. By the weekend almost all looked droopy and color was splotched. Very disappointed that these didn't last even a week.

Beautiful rose. Delivery was 1.5 hours late!

Removed rubber bands and wrapper and petals started falling off

Didn't count before leaving the store. There were only 11 roses.
