These sheets are of high quality as they are soft, and durable. They fit my thick mattress perfectly. No struggling on the corners coming out.

Itchy itchy itchy. Went to sleep on them and they were miserably itchy. Might as well be sleeping on steel wool. I'm shocked someone at MM felt these and gave em a thumbs up. Bummed at how awful they are. I thought 700 count would be great.

I agree with the last review I read. Bought a set of blue from the club and they are so scratchy. I washed them twice with fabric softener and they are still scratchy. The 450 TC were so much softer. Will be returning these.

These sheets are very rough. Washing them does not help. I have purchased sheets from Sam's in the past and have always been happy with them. These are terrible.
