Absouletly the worst experience i have ever had at any place of service. I purchased 1 tire and wanted it installed. Waited for over 2 hours and was finally told they couldnt take the spare off the vehicle because three of the lugs were cross threaded. After a heated argument i took the car home used my jack and lug wrench took the lug nuts off with no problem and put the new tire on.

Replaced the identical tires from my wife's '19 Grand Cherokee a month ago (originals lasted 59k miles w no problems) - so it's like having a new car again. Local Walmart TLE did a great job too. Great experience.

I had purchased the exact same tires about 5 yrs ago. I'm very pleased how they lasted so I purchased the same ones again. Definitely got over 60,000 miles from my last tires so I bought them again.

I have a 2007 Jeep Commander I bought in 2008 with 6000 miles on it. I have no idea what kind of tires were on it originally, but when I replaced them in 2012, I bought the Fortera HL's. I have since put on another 100K miles on that set since purchasing and am just now having to replace them. These tires have taken me from MN to New York City, Philly, and even Atlanta numerous without any issues. Nice, smooth drive. Had them rotated only twice in all that time. Probably could have eeked out a few more miles if I had them rotated more often, but I am quite happy with their performance. Looking forward to many more miles with this new set!

My original tires came on my Grand Jeep Cherokee from the factory. They were rated as 70,000 mile tires but mine were good well past that! I started noticing a little wear and a little slipping in the rain at 80,000 but they were still riding well! I ordered the new ones and replaced them at 82,000 and the guys at the shop couldn't believe they looked as good as they did for that mileage.

Auto center said my Fortera tires that I have put over 60K miles on were in the 4.3 range. I probably could have eeked out a few more miles on them, but with winter coming decided to replace with the same. These times have lasted past their guaranteed life and have handled a wide variety of road surfaces. I have them rotated with every other oil change. Very pleased. Hope the new Fortera tires last as long!

Waiting room black leather type chairs looked disgusting. All is would have taken is a simple wipe 4 minute cleaning.

Tires are relatively quiet, and give a decent ride. An overall good tire for dry weather driving. However, these tires have very poor traction on wet surfaces, and Ivey surfaces. They have average traction on new snow, but not on packed snow. I have had these on two new vehicles, this Saturn and a Jeep Grand Cherokee Ltd. I couldn't wait to get rid of them. In both cases I replaced them with TripleTreads. I personally think these are the best overall driving tires made. I have them in my Solara and Sebring convertibles as well as my SUV . If you want a tire that grabs the road in all weather conditions, buy TripleTreads, not Fortera HL's.

Tire is as unacceptably noisy as the recalled Firestone tires I had on an Explorer back in yr 1995-2004. Replaced these with a set of Michelin M/S. I would like a recommended replacement. These are terrible. I am a retired engineer and Director/Manager with 60 yrs of driving/car ownership experience
