Put a set of Goodyear Steadfast tires on my 2023 Ram 1500. Nice tires, very quite and smooth ride!

I have not had the tires very long but they seem pretty good! Seems this is a product that is hard to answer right after the purchase.

The total from the ordering of the tires, to the installation of the tires went real smooth!! Even the ride on the Steadfast tires are smooth and quiet!! Staff was very professional!!!

Had 9" of snow that consisted of 7", layer of ice, 2" more inches of snow, then another layer of ice. Did great in the original 7" of powder, and did great all week driving on the icepack created by uncleared roads. Did that with an F-150 with no weight in the bed. Only had to use 4X4 once in the 7" of powder pointed up hill accelerating from a dead stop. Didn't like going in reverse from a dead stop on the ice, but did fine reversing in 4X4. Probably because of the unweighted bed. But not really any lateral sliding in 2WD at all driving at constant speed. Had to work to make it break loose. That's with tires that were less than two weeks old. My OEM tires were the Fortitudes, which also did fine in Eastern KY mountain highways last winter covered in snow, but the 7" of powder was a little more challenging, so I was happy with their performance.

Poor service, I requested my tires be put on the front because that's where my tires were bad. They said they're policy was to put them on the rear and move the rear to the front to which I said ok. Go to pick up my car and the same tires were still on the front. When I confronted them they out right lied and said they rotated them . I had to get a manager and the cover up began. Took over a hour to get resolved. Not a happy customer
