Easy use and durable carrier

This was perfect for my annual ski trip in Canada and I highly recommend for how secure and durable it is ! This carrier holds 4 boards regardless of if they’re shaped small large round or sharp and it’s quick release mechanism allows for an easy release without any hassle. It can also withstand harsh snowy weather without any damage. Overall this product is amazing and long lasting.

Must have for the adventurer

These are great for any adventurer! They were easy to install with the included instructions. I can now trek to the mountains with my gear, and not have to worry about them taking up so much room in the car. Not only have I used it to transport my skis and snowboard, but also my surfboard as well!

Sleek, lightweight, locks, protects skis & boards

This item makes a great gift for yourself or someone else to hold your skis and/or snowboards. Mounts to your existing roof rack cross bars and keeps items safe and secure with locking mechanism. The padded grips holds items without damaging. Can hold 6 pairs of skis or 4 snowboards. Highly recommend for my winter outdoor adventurous people.

Space saver on ski trips

This ski and board rack will save space in your ride when heading out on trip. The rack is locking so you can be assured no one is able to take your stuff when you are not watching it. It’s a nice looking and functional alternative to other racks that may be more expensive.

Useful for Hitting the Slopes or a day of Fishing

The Kilimanjaro Carrying Rack weighs about 9lbs and seems very durable. You must have an existing roof rack, or cross bars, to mount it on to. The installation manual seems simple enough and has great illustrations. The Kilimanjaro easily connects to the rooftop cross bars, securely holding fishing rods, skies and snow boards, etc. It also offers anti-theft key locks, allowing us to keep our equipment secured, while away from the vehicle! I appreciate the rubber grips which prevents dings or scratches to the equipment as well. I look forward to putting it to use soon!

Helpful for a quick trip to the slopes

This ski rack is a great option for getting skis to the slope. The instruction manual for assembly was a bit confusing. Luckily we were able to figure it out but it would have gone quicker if the instructions were more clear. The installation on the car was fairly simple and quick. I don’t love the locking system. The key has to be inserted in order to open and close the rack. Because of this, you can’t have both racks open at the same time. I would also like the option of not locking the rack. While I was trying to open one of the racks, the entire lock came out of the rack (see attached picture). I think this was defect but could cause issues if it happens while skis are locked in the rack. Overall, for the price, this was a good purchase. Besides the faulty lock, the device seems well made. Will definitely be using it this winter for our family ski trips.

Great look and quality except for the lock

Assembly Pretty straightforward. Took me about 30 to 45 minutes to assemble. After doing it once I’ll bet I could do it in 15 minutes now. Look and quality. Aesthetically it looks great. The Walking Dead mechanisms seemed cheap and quirky. One even fell out while I was assembling the rack. Feedback - The locks seem cheap and are frustrating The mechanics of the lock have to be switched. I need to be able to open and shut the rack without a key and have the option to lock it or not. To load my snowboard, I had to put the key in the front rack unlock it, open it with the key inside, clamp it down and then re-lock it before I could even open the second rack or pull the key back out . I need to be able to have the front and back open to load skis and snowboards and then be able to close them both at the same time and then lock them if I wish to . The way that it is set up now would create a nightmare for loading multiple skis or snowboards at a time.
