[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to move my swing to a new location. durring the process i missplaced some hardware. I called and they expidited my part the same day.

This is a well made product. It took my son-in-law a full day plus working on it an hour a day for five days to put together by himself. The kids both love it.

Excellent quality and very fun! Monkey bars are high enough for my 12 yr old. Tower is big enough inside for 9 year old. Thought it was going to be a bit of a monstrosity, but the size is actually great. Kids love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] play set great for kids, has multiple things to play with. climbing wall is nice of kids to get to the slide as well as the ladder. Area is covered for protection from the sun.

Directions are a little difficult and some hardware was missing but it took my husband and 2 friends one afternoon to put together. The kids love it and so do the parents!
