[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this for our kids a few years ago and they still love it more than ever! The quality is great and very durable. It is a few years old and still looks new. It is definitely better than buying a wooden play set. We are thrilled with our lifetime play set. We have purchase many other products from lifetime as well and are always pleased with there quality and the enjoyment that they provide for our family. I highly recommend this product.

I decided to put the unit together myself and to my dismay it took about 8.5 hours to put together. The instructions are good but not great however it's not their fault, it's just a beast. I would do it again before paying the $500 they want for them to put it together however plan to spend all day!

Very well engineered Playset. Took 2 adults 8+ hours to set it up, with a 3rd adult to assist at times. Instructions fairly clear BUT it's a big thick instruction booklet. Some screws came damaged and didn't have all the correct washers but we managed. Delivery came on a 45 foot truck and we used our tractor to help get it off the truck. Otherwise would have had to uncrate it on the truck and remove boxes individually. It is a great Playset and I would definitely recommend it. Just plan to exercise a lot of patience.

There are so many activities that several children can play on it at the same time so no one is left out of having fun! I love the safety features including the heat resistant materials and the covered edges.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the Lifetime Adventure Tower, as we are putting it up we noticed 2 little parts missing. I called cusomer service am CAMERON was outstanding in solving this problem and sending us the parts without any cost! Thank you!!

We are extremely disappointed that our playlet is already rusting. Water seeps in between the areas where metal is attached to metal and is impossible to dry out. This is after we covered all metal pieces with rust prevention spray during assembly. We chose this playset because it was supposed to be less maintenance than wood but that was a huge mistake. Of course the Lifetime website does not allow you to add photos or else I could show you the numerous spots and joints this thing is already rusting. I can only hope someone from Lifetime will reach out ASAP and try to make this right.

We bought this for the grandkids. I wasn't sure about it at first, but it was very well constructed and reasonably easy to assemble... you need two people, but one man can do most of it. Actually did a partial assembly at another location, the tower and swing support sections. Then hualed it in after dark and assembled completely to surprise the grandkids. Yes, we putthis up after dark, only took about three hours for Papa and Dad with mom holding a work light! Well worth the money, and the grandkids were stunned to see it sitting in the yard Christmas morning! Oh weather was unusually warm so we worked in shirt-sleeves to do this.

The instructions are HORRIBLE, get through several steps, just to realize have to go back and undo and redo something, because instructionswere not clear/specific. Bought as a Christmas present for my children. February 1st and still fighting this thing. At this point I'm regretting buying this and if could would return and a refund.

We bought this for our kids for Christmas and it is a huge hit! It didn't take as long as I thought to put together and the instructions were super easy to follow!

Still putting this up. We are into day two. Only 1/4 of the parts are labeled. Company should attempt to put one together in order to fix all of the installation problems.
