[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's been almost a year since i assembled it, so now i can give it 5 stars. it was a full day of work to assemble, with helpers (mostly my wife and 12-year old). the kids have a lot of fun on it. we just dumped 8 bags of play sand under the slide and platform, and the kids love that addition.

I just completed assembling this playset for my four year old and she loves it! it is very study and seems to be made very well. the instructions were easy to follow. one piece was missing and customer service was very courteous and prompt in sending a replacement to me. we are so please with this playset!

No problem I'm thinking, I'm sure I can find them online. NOPE, none of the product ID's (seems to be a different one for each box) are working, the link to help you find the product ID is not working and Customer Service is closed for the holidays. While I am glad the company gave the employees off for the holiday, I am not impressed so far..............

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this playset for my 6 year old daughter and she absolutely loves it. She plays on it everyday, and enjoys the swings, slide, rock wall, climbing ladder, and the monkey bar, even the tower area is a nice shaded place to play with her toys on a flat surface. I am impressed with the quality and functionality of the play set. I know this playset will last for many years and get tons of use. Definitely worth the price, and ours was assembled and installed professionally in about 4 hours. Very happy with our purchase! Thank you Lifetime Products! :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this last summer for our kids ages five, four, and almost two. They love to play on it but it makes me nervous to have the two-year-old climb up the ladder. It's a little bit dangerous for small kids but I think once the kids get a little bit older it will get hours and hours of use. It lasted great through our Utah winter, and we're excited for spring so we can start playing.

Day one of assembly is done. Tomorrow we finish with by attaching the plastic parts. Disappointed the QR codes listed for instructional videos pictured in the manual didn't work, nor did typing in the URL. All we got was the Lifetime homepage with options too see/buy more products. Next post after assembly is complete and grandkid tested.

Really 4.5 stars, a few suggestions before you tackle this. Pay extra close attention when installing the floor and triple check you have the right orientation. This will be evident by the divots on the floor to attach the slide and climbing rails being in the proper locations. The youtube video is a wonderful resource so be sure to utilize it. I put this set together by myself and it took about 20 hours, however there is a step or two where you absolutely need an extra hand. Also lifetime only provides two ground stakes which is not sufficient. Go ahead and get 6 extra to secure every pole to really make the set secure. These really should be included for the price of this set. Also, if you do not have a battery impact wrench go ahead and get one to build this set. The instructions list that a drill is sufficient but the impact wrench is much better for securing nuts and bolts. In the video they use an impact wrench also.

This is the worst waste of money ever if your kids plan on using this it is a hazard. My kids will swing and it moves the whole thing almost tipping it over it's very scary because I am worried that its going to fall to pieces it lifts completely off the ground with any size kid on it. my kids are small not big and the whold tower comes off the ground. Don't waste your money

After my Grandchildren"s play set was damaged from Hurricane Irma winds I called to get replacement parts. Cameron at customer service got me the manual to identified the parts and sent it by email. After identifying the parts i required Cameron got me a quote and delivery time for the parts. The whole process was seamless and he promptly placed my order with a e mail confirmation. Great Customer Service!!!!

We bought this for our grandchildren ( 4 of whom live next door to us ) for Christmas . Our son and daughter in law put it together is 9 hours , working as a team . When Matt ( our son ) was finished with a step she had the next one ready for him . They had no problems following the directions and putting this very well made unit together . The kids love it so much and it is so very well made , we purchased the dome climbing set too . Also a tip of the hat to Sam's Club who sold it to us for $1599.00 . Several days after ordering it , on line , it went on sale for $1399.00 and one phone call to Sam's and we received the sale price . Thanks Sam's
