My play set is about 3 years old and it is already falling apart. It's rusted away.

I bought this 2 years ago. The playground beams and railings eaten away by rust and cannot be used safely. Not quality I was expecting.

We've had two and both have rusted so badly by a year that they are not safe for our kids. Very disappointed because the kids love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very strong and well made. It took about 10 hours for two men to put it together. The kids just love it, this is the best Swing set we have ever purchased. Would buy it again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this for 7 months and love it! My kids love the monkey bars and the swings the best. I highly recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our grandson wanted a playground. We did not want a wood playset as we have seen our they weather. We saw this and decided to go with it.

My husband and I bought this to have in our yard for when the grand kids come over. We have been so impressed with this playset! The kids love it and it is built very well. It is a high quality playset and I have recommended it to my friends!

I was gifted with this set 4 years ago and the poles that holds the tower has rusted out. Is there a way to replace tower poles without having to repurchase the entire set?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just bought the adventure tower for my kids last week and they absolutely love it. It's well built and very sturdy and good quality. I paid the extra money for lifetime to assemble it and I'm glad I did their are a lot of pieces.

I erected this product and it was a great play structure for my kids and their friends. A few months later we had severe weather and extremely strong winds. The winds picked this up a carried it nearly 100 feet before placing it not so gently back on the ground on its side. (I did not have it anchored properly). I got online and found the parts list I needed and called customer service. I was connected to a very helpful lady that was very patient with me. She done a wonderful job putting together the order I need to replace the bent parts. I was extremely happy with this product and the customer service Lifetime provided me. I will purchase more products from Lifetime in the future not only because I think this product is quality but as important the lady in customer service was so pleasant to work with. 5 star product 5 star customer service. Thank you
