Initially we thought these pans were a great deal. We’ve used them twice and both times the cookie sheet violently warps and pops in the oven. No matter what heat! Could be 350° could be 450° - doesn’t matter. I would return them if I could. Do not recommend.

I put two pies on the medium pan to bake. When I went to take my beautiful pecan pies out off the oven, the pan had warped so bad that my pies started quickly sliding on the non stick surface. One pie slide completely off the pan onto the oven door. I had a mess to clean up and a ruined pie!

Everyone that has rated these did so shortly after they purchased them. Had they waited, like I (at least 2 years ago) they would have wrote a different review. They Warp & Stain!! The warp happens in the heat. Nothing like having a couple of pumpkin pies on the largest sheet to have it go "pop" in the oven and spill out some of the contents.

I don’t even know where to start.....brought these home from the store and little gray beads kept coming out everywhere. Decided I should wash them maybe that would help.....the beads stopped up my garbage disposal so bad that we had to replace it. Threw them all away so lost out on price of pans and new garbage disposal. Disappointed is a understatement

I'm amazed with these pans. Bought them because I do a lot of low carb baking which almost always requires the use of parchment paper even on most any non stick baking pans. I previously had Wilton non stick baking pans and they were good quality pans. But I still needed parchment paper. In addition, anytime something browned (not even burned), they would stain. So the pans that started out silver in color looked terrible after only a few uses. Still the non stick functionality worked as it should on normal foods and they still had much life left in them. But these Nordic ware pans in comparison are out of this world. I did not need parchment paper at all. Even with dark brown overcooked items (low carb empanadas brushed with butter and egg whites for browning), NO STAINS. Even where the over- browned egg whites were adhesed to the pans, NO STAINS. The non stick coating covers the entire pan inside and out. That, combined with the diamond shaped texture bumps on the entire pan, give it SUPERIOR NON STICK performance. I wash baking pans by hand and everything that was adhesed to the pans from overcooking came off easily without soaking. I've never had anything so awesome in a baking pan before. If I could find this same style in bread pans, casserole dishes, cake pans, etc. I would jump at the chance to update ALL of my current non stick baking pans. Also love the different sizes. The smallest one goes in my toaster oven. This is because there is no extra metal around the edges to hog up space in the oven. My previous 10x15 cookie pans were too big for my toaster oven due to the excess metal on the ends serving as "handles," but these have a superior design that saves space instead of wasting it. To sum it all up... SUPERIOR NON STICK baking pans, NO STAINS, No Wasted Space, and Sam's Club prices. What more could I ask? These are the best.

I purchased these copper-colored sheet pans from Sam's Club online, about Dec. 2019. There are three -- they are steel, and also come in a grey color. The raised texture helps keep foods from sticking -- actually, the pans are non-stick, and I have had nothing stick to them, even burned custard liquid -- just wipe and put away. The large size nearly fills up one oven rack, holding 2 pie pans easily. The middle and small sizes are very good sizes for smaller recipes. I looked for the sheet pans to bend out of shape at higher temperatures, and they did bend slightly, but not nearly like other sheet pans I have owned; and they immediately come back to their original shape as they cool. I love these pans, and would buy them again!

I bought this set 2 years ago last Christmas. I got them from a Sams Club Store & there was a special where you got this set plus a 9X12 casserole pan. Best investment to my cookware ever. I’ve been married over 56 years & have had numerous cookie sheets but none compared to the quality of these. I use them a lot without one complaint or blemish on them. Even the stickiest food wipes right over with little or no effort, but I never would put these nice pans in the dish washer…take a little care & they will last for years, I think!

They warped on first use. Instructions say not on broil or it will warp but these were not on broil and on center shelf.

Best pans I have ever used. Food does not stick but don't use cooking spray. Over time will stain pans and food will stick
