The scent is a perfect balance of woody and spicy notes, with a hint of citrus. It is not too overpowering, but still has a nice presence. The lasting power is great, and I can still smell it hours after I have applied it. The bottle is also very attractive and looks great on my dresser. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a great smelling, long lasting fragrance.

The smell is perfect for daily use or for formal occasions. You're guaranteed to have noses turning in your direction. The smell is not overwhelming but lingers all day. I couldn’t recommend it more. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Kenneth Cole Black for Him Cologne is a nice long lasting yet not overbearing scent. It has warm notes of wood and a some what musky scent with sweeter notes of what seems to be orange. I have received many compliments when I wear this cologne.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] "Black" by Kenneth Cole, is a deceptively simple fragrance that gives off a cool, aquatic scent with notes that are to me at least, both a little citrussy and floral. The fragrance will in fact last for a moderate amount of time after being applied, but isn't overpowering. I prefer to use it as an after shower scent to enhance my clean manly scent. Best of all, is that it isn't even as expensive as you would expect from a well-known designer brand. This,for at least, will be a definite add on to my list of must-have colognes.

It has a light manly sent that pairs well with my original scent. It may sound a little nasty, but we all have our particular smell.
