Late in coming

i literally just bought these YESTERDAY and it keeps disconnecting but it’s not even disconnected so then i have to unplug and plug it back it

Great product,good sound quality, and well designed

i shouldnt even rate it  thats how bad it was on my life they didnt even work

I'm honestly not very satisfied with these. I don't know if they are refurbished or if the quality has just changed because my phone give an error every time I plugged them in and sometimes they go out and I have to unplug them and plug them back again for them to work is this really an Apple product?

Are these really Apple?

Im a big nerd when it comes to sound quality, and these have excellent sound.  And if you want to listen to music with hi-res lossless audio on then these are the best way to go. Because lossless audio has to have a wired connection and is not supported through bluetooth and most headphones that are affordable don’t have either a DAC that is rated for files over 48kHz or just has no DAC at all.
