I've been using these little lemon packets for years. They are easily carried in my purse which also makes them convenient for travel, etc. One of my favorite uses aside from water and tea is to sprinkle them on seafood. Unlike fresh lemon juice, the lemon crystals don't make fried seafood soggy. One warning: These packets do not stay fresh very long. They tend to harden if not used quickly.

I love to add lemon to foods and beverages but lemons often go bad before I can use them. True Lemon is pure lemon juice in powder form. i always carry a few in my purse for the times I get tea at fast food drive thru and they dont have lemon. I use in my own spice blend to eliminate using salt to season foods.

This tastes just like you added a fresh squirt of tart lemon juice to your food. We like it in our iced tea, on broiled fish, cheesecake, and really anywhere you'd use the juice of a fresh lemon, except this won't rot in the fridge. It's shelf stable and always there when your food needs a little boost. It's good to have around.

I will be buying this as long as it is made. It's perfect. These little packs of lemon are perfect for a recipe or a drink, iced or hot tea is delicious with it and you can put a couple of packs in your purse or pocket and know that you can have your lemon flavor without getting a slice of restaurant/bar lemon that's been sitting out for hours.I used it in a cream cheese frosting and it tasted like I juiced a lemon for the frosting.
