I order 1000 every 6 months. I put this in my water daily. It helps me drink more water. Love the packets cause i can take them anywhere. Do like to get lemons in restaurants any more cause i can't be sure how well they've been cleaned this is a perfect option.

But I have also added it to sipping cocktails to not add the sugars and calories but still socialize with others . Love all the flavors, but lemon and lime are my Favorite!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use TRUE LEMON winter and summer! Winter - in hot water as a caffeine free comforting warm-up drink. In summer (but really almost all the time) in ice water with a meal or just to cool down. PLEASE never stop making this product! :-)

be sure you are ordering the correct thing. I ordered crystalized lemons instead of lemonade. The website is confusing, be sure to triple check before you order, it would be nice if there was more clarity on the pages. Sill waiting to hear back from customer support on this. Order arrived fairly quick and everything else seemed professional.

I’ve been using True Lemon in my 80 ounces of drinking water a day. My doctor told me that I needed to increase my citrate (to prevent formation of kidney stones) so I add two packets of True Lemon or True Lime to every 20 oz. of water I drink. The flavor is the same as if I cut a fresh lemon and squeezed the juice into my water.

I was looking for a low, or no, sodium replacement for products like "Crystal Light" drink mix. True Citrus is not that. It IS a great way to lightly flavor a glass of water with the VERY authentic tasting flavor of the squeeze of a lemon wedge. It is just not designed to make a pitcher of "lemonade" style drink. It's a great way to add the flavor of a lemon squeeze to a glass of water or tea without having to slice and squeeze a lemon wedge and get sticky lemon juice on your hands and cutting board, etc.

For someone with diabetes, your flavors help me to drink more on a healthy level. And I am massively impressed with the True Grapefruit. One pouch in a 16 ounce bottle of water satisfies the taste buds. And even better cold. Or to combine the True Lemon and True Lime is wonderful. My wife came up with a good combination. True Orange in green tea. Outstanding. I love you products. Keep up the good work.

I was discouraged and disappointed and had given up trying to find a water enhancer. Thankfully my mom didn't. She needed extra sodium in her diet. Her favorite is fresh squeezed tangerines with the true lemonade with the sodium. I was complaining one day (again) about drinking plain water and she mentioned TRUE LEMON lemonade. I don't like fake sugars so I went on line to check the ingredients. I haven't looked back and never will. I started with a few 90 day subscription orders, but it was so good I had to upgrade my order to every 30 days and giving ALL the flavors a try. It's a shame the stores don't carry more flavors. A lot of folks don't think to go on line and check out other options. So far all the flavors are awesome. Good work TRUE LEMON.

I have always been crazy over the flavor of lemon. My Mother used to tell me that I embarrassed her in restaurants because I would literally ask for a BOWL of lemon, to use in my iced tea. I wish she could see me, now, because ALL I use is a couple True Lemon packets and my tea is flavored to Perfection !
