These lemon packets are full of flavor, actually they are a little stronger than I thought they would be. What they don't have, is the taste of preservatives that the bottled liquid lemon has, something that has kept me from buying lemon juice flavorings. A half packet works for me in water or tea. Love the taste of these. It tastes like a fresh lemon wedge was added to my tea. It has better taste and less/no preservatives than the liquid packets. I've even made lemonade in my water bottles. I love to add lemon to foods and beverages but lemons often go bad before I can use them. True Lemon is pure lemon juice in powder form. i always carry a few in my purse for the times I get tea at fast food drive thru and they dont have lemon. I use in my own spice blend to eliminate using salt to season foods.
