I love these envelopes! Convenient and tastes exactly like lemon…no chemical or fake taste at all. I was drinking it in my water and Liquid IV to cut the sweetness, but used it on chicken breasts with black pepper and it was the best flavor! If you like lemon, you should give it a try. Excellent for water and cooking where the juice of lemons is needed or desired, I always carry an assortment of lemon and lime packets for my water bottles! My son is diabetic and we struggled to find a substitute for soda pop that he would drink. He wouldn't touch plain water and finds the after-taste of sugar substitutes unpalatable. So we bought a "Soda Stream" and tried the syrups available to use with it to flavor the soda water and discovered that the sugar content was no better than pop. Arg! Then I found this product. EUREKA! The taste is pure fruit and we get to control just how much sugar we use in the making of his drinks. He loves all the flavors and absolutely adores the grapefruit as he says it tastes like Squirt. Or you can add a small amount of vanilla extract to the Pure Orange and it tastes like Creamsicle. We will be ordering this regularly. PS his blood sugar is down 2 points on his A1C since we started using the Pure crystals.

I also add a packet or two to my water to help keep my kidney stones at bay. I’ve tried the other liquid versions of substitute lemon and this is so much better. As close to fresh as you can get.

A few packets of True Lemon, a splash of Stevia in my 36ox water bottle and I'm in heaven!! This is ALL I drink now, every flavor I've tried I enjoyed but I always come back to my favorite, the simple True Lemon, it's so refreshing and thirst quenching! It goes with me everywhere I go!

Just so you know... No, Im not an employee or on their marketing team, I just love the product. I use True Lemon and True Lime in sparkling water as my “go to beverage”. I replaced sugary soda with this and have lost 40 lbs this year! I like True Lemon products better than the real thing and here is why: 1. Its more CONSISTENT. Real lemons can be extra juicy, or a little dry. Some are bigger, some are smaller, and sometimes the taste of the lemon can vary. Sometimes it may be a little more sour than usual or just be a little old. True Lemon is the same every time. You know what you are getting. 2: TRANSPORTABLE. It’s easy to take this to your favorite restaurant or party. The hard part about giving up Soda for me was when I went out to eat somewhere. I now just take a bottle or can of my favorite sparkling water with me and tuck a few packets of True Lemon and True Lime in my pocket. I even keep it in the corner of my wallet now... just in case. Try doing that with a real lemon or lime! 3. ITS WAY BETTER THAN THE “juices”. There is always something about those “real” lemon juices that just seems “artificial”. And again, they dont fit in my wallet. 4. IT’S ECONOMICAL! Price wise it seems to be on par with the real fruit. Actually depending on the availability of the fruit might be even cheaper at times. 5. IT’S CONVENIENT. A box of this will do well in the pantry for a long time. Lemons get old after a while and dry up. Plus all you have to do is tear open a packet and you are ready. No getting out the cutting board and knife to cut up a lemon, not to mention the cleanup afterward. All in all, it just works... every time. And I like things that work.

I have them on my coffee/tea beverage center at home, keep them in my work bag and also in my purse. I have shared them with others who wanted lemon and the restaurant said not available. Great conversation starter with a stranger. I always make sure I have plenty available in my Pantry as I do not want to go backwards to the stone age trying to keep fresh lemons in the refrigerator and I don't care to use the lemon juice.

They had run out of fresh lemon (for my water), and my server suggested using True Lemon, which she used personally and had in her purse. I was a bit reluctant due to the other 'stuff' usually put in processed 'stuff,' but she assured me that it hadn't been adulterated, so I used some - to my good fortune! I drink a fair amount of water every day, and like to put lemon in it for a bit of flavor. I used to use fresh lemon back when lemons weren't expensive if I had to buy some. But, now I use True Lemon exclusively; it's super easy to pack if I'm going out of town, ensuring I have fresh lemon flavor without having to find (and buy) fresh lemons at my destination. I purchase the 500 cnt box, which lasts two-to-three months, depending on the weather, and use 14 packets per gallon of water. I am glad to have found this product, and will continue using it and sharing my find with others; as long as long as it remains unadulterated.
