WE love how you can make lemon water the night before and have it all ready in the morning, unlike when using fresh lemons.

In order to drink more water, I always use true lemon packets for convenience and economy. Easy, 0 calories and it fits in your pocket.

Lemon and lime are fantastic. No sugar. Both are great to add to ice and water for a tart drink With no sugar
