During the Christmas holiday, I made a 7 layer taco dip. It required mashed avocadoes with lemon juice. I forgot to buy lemon juice. I was in a panic, then remembered I had True Lemon on hand. Actually worked out to be better tasting.

It’s fine. It will be convenient. I eat lemons all the time. It’s not an exact match to the real thing, but it’s better than not having a lemon at all.

This product is very easy to use. We keep it in a small tin and carry it with us everywhere we go. ONE PACK and some natural sugar in a glass or bottle of water and we have our beverage on the go. It is great tasting and no chemicals as we travel.
