Good product but not always effective

I love prime and these are just as good. So convenient to take them on the go.

I got this on sale ahead of a long bike trip, thinking it would be useful to have single-serve packets ready to go. By the 2nd day, I was cramping badly even though I was taking 3-4 of these a day. Low and behold, I realized each stick contains only 10-45mg of sodium (compared with ~550mg from Liquid IV, for example). I ended up getting some table salt and manually adding it on every bottle mix, and had no issues from there. I blame no one but myself for not researching or reading the nutrition facts - just be warned this has no salts other than magnesium and potassium.

Unfortunately contains sucralose which is chlorine combined with sugar. Like most chemical sugar substitutes it isn't healthy for your gut and may have side effects. It's name brand is Splenda and it hides in "healthy" drinks. Many studies have shown that these types of sweetners don't add to fat loss and evidence piling up that Splenda is bad for your health. Have to avoid.
