I can’t say enough good things about this scale. I admit I was a bit skeptical about it working very well, since the bowl came with it. I use scales daily in my baking and use commercial ones. I would absolutely put this one up against those any day. Easy to use, no set up, easy to read…overall just a great scale…no complaints at all.

The Escali stainless steel bowl scale is perfect for measuring liquids and dry goods. When making my favorite recipes it takes the guesswork out of the amount of ingredients needed. The stainless steel bowl makes for easy clean up.

I have been enjoying this scale! I loaned it to a friend so that she could weigh a litter of newborn kittens and she loved it just as much as I do. It's easy and simple to use. It has a decent, lighted display for easy readings. The stainless steel bowl has been great as it's way more durable than the last plastic scale I owned, and much easier to clean. It seems to be fairly accurate, and I love that it comes with batteries!

The Escali scale is extremely easy to use. The included bowl is a real plus. I knew experienced bakers weigh flour, etc, rather than measure. My sour dough has turned out perfectly

I use this to weigh bottle feeding kittens. It's perfect for these little ones!

I really haven’t had a chance to use this one yet but I did take it out of the box and it very nice, good quality and I can’t wait to use it. I am always needing to know how many ounces or pounds and now I can measure that way when a recipe calls for that.

this makes measuring ingredients very easy and gives you accuracy. I am terrible at converting measurements to grams but there are formulas for that. some items like flour dont come out the same measured in cups-flour for example but can be measured accurately by weight

I like my new scale. It is easy to use, and most of all, when I make a one-person salad and measure my protein, I can have all my ingredients in the bowl. I then tare the scale to measure my protein, stir and enjoy. There is no need to transfer to another bowl.

This is my first ever food scale and i wasn’t sure how I’d like it. But i think this is definitely the way to go! I had some overripe bananas so banana bread it was. I personally hate leveling flour so this made it sooo much easier and it wasn’t messy at all! I appreciate the fact that the bowl is removable and it’s also a decent size so you can fit a lot in it. I like that the scale has multiple modes to choose from and the bowl and scale are very easy to clean. Maybe one thing i don’t love but not even sure how to fix it, it show’s fingerprints pretty easily. And with baking things can get messy easily. The only other thing is find a place to store it, we don’t have a ton of storage space but overall i think this scale is awesome and I’m glad to have it!

Cycling between different measurements did not function. I believe I received a defective unit, but no worries. I was refunded almost immediately with 0 hassle.
