We purchased this for Christmas Day as we have many times. Have never been disappointed just heat in oven then cut the number of slices & those who like can have theirs seared ion the grill. A friend recommended this for Christmas Eve. It was delicious. The meat was tender and had a great taste. I made a Beef Portobello Mushroom Gravy as a side for the Prime Rib. Serving this Prime Rib gave me the opportunity to enjoy time with our guests without worrying about the entree. Served with a salad and Potatoes au Gratin.
