Decided to have prime rib for Christmas dinner. Cut into 6 slices about one inch or less. Brushed each slice with a little olive oil and salt and pepper on each side. Put on alum foil cookie sheet and put under broiler for 2 1/2 minutes on each side. It was perfectly cooked. Just wished there was more Juice to dip the meat into while eating.

Traditionally flavored with a very nice heavy black pepper rub. This is the best prime rib I've had in years, and I've had it every year of my life. I wait for this to come out at Sam's to buy 4 of them at $60-$80 each then freeze them. 2 people can get minimum 2x1 inch steaks out of the smallest packages. It's not cheap but so worth the price for restaurant quality prime rib. Worth every penny.

I bought this member's mark prime rib (pre-cooked) every year for Thanksgiving and Christmas lunches and was never disappointed. The seasonings was perfect and the meat is very tender (followed instructions for medium rare). A big hit with family members too.
