Made a great turkey roasted on the Weber kettle!

Didn't have a flavorful taste for the turkey.

Where's the Taste

Staple for Thanksgiving turkey.  It’s excellent.

Thought it was to salty however I am not a salt fan. Didn't make it as juicy as I thought it would.

Turkey turned out amazing.  Great taste and very juicy.

This helps make the best turkey gravy along with turkey bone  broth and natural turkey juices!!!

Kinders Turkey Gravy

I have my own brine recipe; I purchased this solely for the bag which was supposed to make it easier than just soaking in a cooler. we followed instructions exactly, set the bird in the bag and then into a container. As we began filling the bag the brine started squirting out of a small hole. No way do I dare put the bag into my fridge with it leaking like that. We ended up having to put it outside with ice over it. super disappointment.

I recently tried the Kinder's Butcher's Brine Kit and was honestly impressed with how easy it made the whole process.
