Excellent purchase. Used this for my Thanksgiving Turkey that I put in a CharBroil EZ Oilless fryer. Easy to follow directions, bag did not break or puncture like when I use a trash bag. Great flavor and very moist turkey. Will use again. The price was awesome too, less than $6.
