I usually make my own brine for my Thanksgiving turkey; however, due to time constraints this year, I bought this brine kit, it did not disappoint, it was amazing! The turkey was so moist you could wring it out like a towel! LOL! I highly recommend it!

great flavor the box says up to 20 pounds but i do 2 turkeys with 1 box the included bag does a single turkey i use a large lined cooler. (follow directions) put in my mix and pack it in ice leave it to soak 24 hours i butter it up and use the rub i put in a litte mabey a cup of the brine mix and anouther cup of water start slow cooking my turkeys use my meat injector every 30 minutes inside and out until the bird is done and golden brown the turkeys so tender it will melt in your mouth. my family strips it to the bone . you can also stuff your bird bfore cooking it leaves a great flavor in your stuffing

I have my own brine recipe; I purchased this solely for the bag which was supposed to make it easier than just soaking in a cooler. we followed instructions exactly, set the bird in the bag and then into a container. As we began filling the bag the brine started squirting out of a small hole. No way do I dare put the bag into my fridge with it leaking like that. We ended up having to put it outside with ice over it. super disappointment.

First time using a brine and it worked magic on my turkey ..so moist and delicious. I always have a problem with my turkeys being to dry for my taste only. I tried brining this year to see if that would help keep the turkey more moist and flavorful. It worked !!! So easy to do , the bag with the kit was not strong enough for our 20Lb turkey so I purchased a heavy duty one online and it did the trick. Brine was very simple to put together and the flavor was amazing !
