Instead, I convinced them that we should have duck and let me take the reins. Using the brine gave us a jumpstart in injecting flavor into this bird. After throwing some citrus fruit and other things in, our duck turned out to be the best thanksgiving dinner I think I’ve ever eaten. Thank you, Kinder’s!

I loved the 2 step kit - brine and rub. The brine gave the meat excellent flavor and moisture throughout even though I had to cut the time in half. Then the buttery rub produced beautiful golden, crispy skin and even more amazing flavor. Definitely will be using this kit again.

I bought the product having had a good experience with other kinder products. I started the process similar to the other reviewer and the bag had a huge hole in the corner. I had brine/ raw turkey liquid everywhere. This product is terrible I will never buy ANYTHING from this company again. Not only was the product garbage but then I spend hours cleaning up just to turn around and need to come up a different plan.

This brine kit worked very well overnight. I smoked a 13 lb turkey on a RecTeq 700 pellet grill at 250 degrees for 5 hours and it turned out one of the best turkeys that I have ever cooked. This is the first time I have brined a turkey overnight and this brine did the trick!!

I have NEVER liked turkey. I'm 47, and have always only eaten the sides at Thanksgiving and Christmas. Never touched the turkey. There was never enough gravy or cranberry sauce to get over how dry and God awful the turkey was. NO LONGER!!! My family (I) used this on Thursday, and I have to say, I devoured the turkey this year.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brined my 21 lb turkey for 3 day's prior to Thanksgiving. I did use chicken broth and water, instead of all water. I also used olive oil on the turkey before I applied the rub. The turkey that resulted from using this product was AMAZING! I was told by EVERYONE that ate the turkey that it was the best turkey they had ever eaten! I am now in charge of making the Turkey for every year to come! Thank you for such a great product! You have a customer for life!

We had a really bad experience with this product. Tried this product this year. Brought it home, put the turkey in and the brine. Started leaking from the bottom immediately. Left with a mess. Won’t try this again. It was more expensive than other bags and not worth it.

I got this brine mix to use on a turkey we were going to deep fry New Years Day 2023. Very easy to put together. The turkey was excellent! Only thing I'd do differently is wash/rinse the skin even longer than I did. Once fried, it was pretty salty. The meat was perfect though!
