It is delicious and the product works great but it's just a bunch of salt, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper and red pepper in broth. You can make gallons of this stuff for a dollar.

My husband loves this brine kit. I think he adds some additional ingredients, but this is the base. He smokes them %26 them oven finishes them. Everyone raves about them!

I used this on an 8-pound turkey breast. Without a doubt, the absolute best turkey I have made my entire life. Juicy, moist, and flavorful! Unbelievable, I will use this on every turkey I make in the future! Its real people, your turkey will melt in your mouth!!

I've used this brine kit for a few years now and it's great. Rinse well after brine for 48-72 hrs in refrigerator. Wrap in cheese cloth(captures excess butter and holds it on the outside of the bird) and inject with Cajun butter everywhere in the bird. I then put it on the smoker at 250deg for 2.5 hrs. Then remove the bird and remove the cheese cloth, wrap in foil(2-3 layers) and place in oven at 375 to finish. Remove when internal temp reaches 160. Wrap in bath towels and place in a cooler for 2-3 hours. It will continue to cook in the cooler. Be very careful when unwrapping the bird as it can burn you. Set on large cookie sheet to unwrap. There will be a lot of juices in the foil. Save this to make your gravey!

This was the best brine I have ever used. I tried it for the first time this Thanksgiving. I brined two turkeys. It was the juiciest and fantastic tasting turkey I have ever had and I really don’t like turkey. I will use this product from now on. I might even try it on a whole chicken

500 stars this was such an easy brine and even though it was only soaking out turkey for 12 hours since it was a 14 lb turkey it gave a stunning result. I let the turkey cook uncovered at 325 and braised it with butter every 45-60 minutes. It has to be the most moist and flavorful turkey I have ever made.

I've always avoided turkey during the holidays. That ended on Thanksgiving. My wife happened upon this brine kit and I reluctantly used it and baked a turkey. This was, by far, the best turkey I've ever eaten!! It wasn't dry and the flavor was immaculate. Even our guests (whom are also turkey haters) loved it. I will never make a turkey any other way.

I have used other brines-but this one is the BEST one yet! Wish I had taken a picture of my bird. Even my wife commented , how good it looked. The flavors were all through the turkey, even the breast meat. Skin was crispy and delish! Will use your product from here on out!!! Thanks people.
