This was my first time using this. It was delicious. I followed the instructions, but I did bake mine in a oven bag with a cheese cloth over the top of the turkey that had been soaked in butter..

Ive been brining my turkeys on and off for several years, and have to say this is the easiest method. The meat was moist and juicy and very, very good flavor. Ive used Kinders brine for 2 years now, and plan to keep on using. Easy to follow directions, but it does take a little prep time, if youve never brined before. Well worth the time, and highly recommend this.

Usually make my own brine but decided to try this as it included everything needed. Let the turkey sit in brine for 3 days (rotated turkey on day 2 to make sure all sides were covered in brine). After 3rd day, took turkey out of brine, put butter seasoning mix included on the turkey and smoked the turkey. It came out awesome! Moist, juicy and flavorful. Super easy to use!

I've been making Thanksgiving dinner for 50 years. This year I wanted to try this brine kit. I swear it was the BEST 15 pound turkey I have ever made. I left it in the brine longer than I was suppose to, by accident, for like for 30 hours. I was worried it would be too salty but it was fabulous! I will never make one any other way!!!

I bought this brine for my husband to use on our Thanksgiving Turkey and it was amazing! He brined the turkey for 3 days before smoking it. And the turkey turned out so tasty, it was juicy, salty (not too salty either) and buttery tasting! I am purchasing again for Christmas.

We decided to smoke our turkey this year so I googled the best way to do that and it suggested to brine it first. First time I’ve ever brined a turkey, I’m in my 60s but this kit made it super easy. Just follow the instructions on the box. I purchased a 12lb fresh turkey so I didn’t have to thaw and used my roasting pan for support after I put the turkey, breast down in the bag then poured the prepared solution into the bag. Once the solution covers the turkey it was really easy to remove the excess air and tie off. I was able to pickup the roaster with the turkey securely in side a place it into the fridge. I did misread the instructions concerning the amount of time to keep the turkey in the brine so it stayed 24 hours vs 6 hours but it didn’t seem to matter. I rinsed it very well and added the rub that was included and my husband put it into the smoker for the allotted time. It was the most delicious, moist flavorful turkey we’ve had in years. None of the turkey went to waste either because we had leftovers for dinner the next day and my husband never eats leftovers. Definitely gonna do it again next year.

Got this kit to brine a couple turkey breast for Thanksgiving. Brine was easy to mix and use and seasoning packet was just perfect for the turkey breast. Overall very good flavor and at a great price at Sam’s Club. Everyone says this is the only way to do turkey from now on!

I've used elaborate brine recipes and this year for simplicity, decided to try this option. The only alteration made to the box instructions was I used apple juice in place of some of the water. We smoked one turkey and baked the other, both behind in this mixture. They were both very good. I would def purchase again. It just made it so simple and easy.

Created the best, flavorful, well seasoned turkey I ever ate. The skin, white, and dark meat tasted great! Did not rinse off the skin before putting it in the oven so I could have the seasoning bake onto the skin for more flavor. I had no issue with the brine bag itself, but I placed the turkey into the brine bag that was already inside of a turkey roaster tray as precaution.

I used this brine kit on our Thanksgiving turkey yesterday and it was my best, most juicy, and flavorful turkey ever. I used a Butterball frozen bird, thawed it, then brined it thru afternoon and then overnight. I used a turkey roasting pan and so discarded the skin etc. so I can't say how it would do in an oven, browning the skin. But this turkey was amazing. Best ever. May go ahead and buy a box for next year!
