I had never used any Kinder's brand products or brine kits until recently, and I have always been curious about brining a turkey for a more flavorful taste. I was excited to discover the Kinder's Butcher's Turkey Brine Kit and brine our first turkey for Thanksgiving this year! The kit is generous and includes everything you will need to brine and season your turkey. It includes a master brine mix, heavy-duty brining bag & twist tie, and a buttery poultry blend seasoning. The brine mix is a blend of salt, sugar, and savory spices that infuse the turkey with flavor and moisture. The buttery poultry blend seasoning is a mixture of garlic, butter, and herbs and gives the outside crust a crunchy texture and leaves it with a beautiful aesthetic. The brine bag is large enough to contain a 20-pound turkey with the twist tie to ensure a secure seal without any worry of leakage. The kit was super easy to use, even for beginners, like myself. The easy step by step instructions were easy to understand on the back of the package as well as great pro tips. The turkey turned out with the perfect amount of seasoning. It was moist, tender, and delicious, and full of flavor to take all the dullness & boring out of the usual turkey. Everyone in our family, including all our guests, was really impressed and enjoyed the turkey and came back for more! I appreciate how this kit is organic, kosher, and gluten-free, which makes it great for anyone with any dietary restrictions. I will definitely be adding this product into our yearly Thanksgiving dinner ritual and will never be without this wonderful kit.

It came out a little strong. The flavor was good, but slightly overpowering due to the size of the chicken. (About a 2 lb chicken). I'd like to give this another shot for thanksgiving, so hopefully i can find another kit and go again. I'll edit this review if I'm able to find it!

This brine added some good flavor and rather than doing homemade like usual, it was nice to have it all kind of ready to go.

I'd never tried to brine anything before so this was an interesting product to try. The Kit includes the Brine Mix, a heavy duty brining bag, twist tie, and best of all (in my opinion), the Buttery Poultry Blend. This kit is perfect for turkeys up to twenty pounds. The brining process is a bit of a labor of love, whereas it takes several days. First the turkey must be fully thawed. The Kit offers a "Pro Tip" to air dry your turkey uncovered in the fridge for up to two days. Once the brine mix is ready the turkey goes into the bag and must brine for at least 12 hours. After all that you can finally prep and cook your turkey. Our turkey was insanely delicious! This brand seems to be top tier. Totally recommended!

I was surprised to see this kit include a butchers brine mix, buttery poultry blend seasoning and a heavy duty brine bag! The spices were perfectly balanced and helped create a very moist fall off the bone turkey.

I didn’t need to measure or figure out what I wanted to add. And the buttery seasoning packet was the perfect Turkey seasoning. Everything was included and it was so flavorful and aromatic.
