Flavorful.  Hubby prepped and baked the turkey this year so I could focus on side dishes. Guests raved about the turkey.

I have my own brine recipe; I purchased this solely for the bag which was supposed to make it easier than just soaking in a cooler. we followed instructions exactly, set the bird in the bag and then into a container. As we began filling the bag the brine started squirting out of a small hole. No way do I dare put the bag into my fridge with it leaking like that. We ended up having to put it outside with ice over it. super disappointment.
