Easy to clean, so far scratch resistant. cooks evenly.

The finish on the pans is nice, but the handles have sharp edges and uncomfortable to hold

This set is most definitely used on a low and slow cooking . The pan sticks if it's on high heat

These pans work great. I have tried to make things stick. I can just spray the pans clean.
